Our bones are the maternity wards of red and white blood cells. Energizing our bones boosts blood and bloodline. Our blood becomes of better quality. The latter is a prerequisite for hormonal balance.

The reverse also works: if we lovingly look into the eyes of the solidified energy of our ancestors and honor the truth, not only does the bloodline improve but we feel enlivened to the core.
